FAQ's

Will insurance cover my visit?

Dr. Crowe wants your chiropractic health care decisions to be based on her expertise and your needs, not insurance company averages and policies. For this reason, Lifeway Chiropractic does not accept or file any insurances. Payment is accepted as cash, credit card, and FSA/HSA.

What do you charge?

First appointment - $206

(New patient exam & treatment)

Treatment visits - $80

Re-exam/new condition - $150

(annual re-exam or new condition evaluation for existing patients, includes treatment during that visit)

** Dr. Crowe is not accepting Medicare & Medicaid patients or children at this time.

How does mobile chiropractic work?

  1. Have a short phone consult to determine if mobile chiropractic is a good fit for you.

  2. Schedule your new patient appointment & complete online intake forms.

  3. Dr. Crowe will arrive at your home and set up the adjusting table in a convenient space (8'x6' is enough room).

  4. Your 45-minute first visit includes exam and treatment (unless referral is necessary).

  5. Hear your treatment plan and home care instructions, which will be uploaded to your patient portal within 24 hours.

  6. Schedule your next visit or series of visits.
